Volunteering update and new opportunities from VAAC
Our latest volunteering opportunities are here!
This month, we've added a fantastic range of roles, including opportunities with St Wilfrid's Hospice shops (with an exciting new store opening in Arundel this August) and several roles supporting the Chichester Foodbank.
Looking for something flexible? There are also a couple of one-off volunteering opportunities at the Chichester Community Development Trust Community Day on 5 September. It's a great chance to give volunteering a try, support a local community event, and even put your artistic talents to use. The event is always popular, with a variety of free classes and workshops on offer, so keep an eye out as booking opens soon!
Don't forget to check out our social media channels too. One of our recent posts features a volunteer from Read Easy Chichester and Arun sharing the impact of their work at our July networking event. If you're interested in supporting the cause and developing your PR and communication skills, there's currently a volunteering opportunity available with them.
Finally, a reminder about Emergency Services Day taking place in Chichester this Sunday. It's a great opportunity to learn more about emergency response volunteering and how you can get involved.
