Accompany Chichester Tree Wardens on a walk through Litten Gardens to enjoy and learn about its trees. Meet at Friends Meeting House, Priory Road and return there for refreshments and conversation.
Approx 1 hour walk, plus social. Sponsored by Chichester Quakers.
Litten Gardens is just outside the City Walls, a short walk from our sponsors for this event, Chichester Quakers at the Friends Meeting House. We will look at the trees chosen to contribute to the setting of the War Memorial, how theyre growing and the impact they have (for people and wildlife alike).
Friends Meeting House: Open from 6pm. Afterwards, if you wish, well return to FMH for conversation, hot/soft drinks and nibbles. We anticipate returning to FMH circa 7.15pm.
